Conflict Management at Home or Work

All of us face conflicts in our daily lives. At home, or at work, there are differences of opinion.

Let us show you how to solve problems and how to keep your relationships strong by learning how to manage conflict. There are many communication styles and learning the advantages of each can help you choose the right one for you.

Using examples from real life, our course will help you build skills to put your mind in the right ‘space’ in order to resolve conflicts. If you can learn to keep yourself calm and hold conversations which are useful instead of damaging, your stress will be low and your successes will be high. You may even be able to stop conflict before it happens.

In this course you will learn how to:

Requirements:

  • A partner to work with

  • A computer with Internet

  • 3 mornings a week for 4 hours each
