Job description:
Come help our customers who bank online. Together, let’s make sure that their experience with our computer and telephone applications run well. We need friendly voices and skillful computer technology workers to support our customers online. Join our family of tech-support today!
Responsibilities:
As tech support, you will:
– Always ask customers if their computer is plugged in.
– Repeatedly ask customers to reboot their computers.
– Try to remember to call back customers after telling them that you will check information for them.
Qualifications:

Any computer degree or certificate

No experience needed. We will provide training.

Patience for angry customers

Fluency in at least two of the following languages:

Hebrew

Arabic

English

Russian

Amharic
