Human Resources Officer (trainee)

Job description:

Our human resources (HR) department is looking for a trainee HR officer. As a trainee, you will learn all the different aspects of the job of an HR officer. In the first few months you will concentrate on the process of finding new employees and helping them when they join the company. We expect you to become an active member of the HR team very quickly. This training program is a great way to begin a successful career in HR.

 

Responsibilities:

As a trainee HR officer, you will:

·         participate in various HR activities.

·         help post ads.

·         talk to potential employees.

·         participate in interviews.

·         help employees with any employment problems they have.

 

Qualifications:

·         B.A. in human resources or business. Applicants with general degrees will also be considered.

·         You need to show you understand what work a HR department does.

·         Good communication is important, both speaking and writing.

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Fluent Hebrew and good spoken English

 

Other information:

·      This is a full-time position.

·      Office in northern Israel.

·      You will work four days in our office and one day at home.
